Why larger teams use a structured intake

The value is the request itself: clear specs, a partner upload that does not require an account, and files that are checked before anyone treats them as ready.

  • Standardized requirements

Each placement gets dimensions, formats, file size, and instructions before anyone uploads.

  • A cleaner advertiser handoff

Partners use one request link. They do not need a DropAsset account.

  • Fewer unusable files

Validation catches format, size, and dimension problems before the file is treated as Ready.

  • Safe processing

Supported still images can be downscaled, compressed, or converted. DropAsset does not crop, stretch, or upscale.

  • Keep the original. Get a Ready-to-Use file.

Keep the upload the advertiser sent, plus the prepared file when a safe fix applies.

  • A repeatable request

The same request structure works for the next campaign, sponsor, or client.

The workflow you can use today

Create the request, share it, and download files that have been checked.

  1. 01

    Create the request

Name the campaign and add the asset slots you need.

  2. 02

    Define requirements

Set exact size, aspect ratio, or no dimensions, plus formats, file size, count, landing URL, and instructions.

  3. 03

    Share with advertisers

Send the public link. Paid plans can also email the request and send a manual reminder.

  4. 04

    DropAsset checks the upload

Files are validated. Safe AutoFix prepares a Ready file when that does not change the composition.

  5. 05

    Download Ready-to-Use files

Preview and download the Ready-to-Use file, and keep the original when you need it.

Control around each request

DropAsset collects files from external partners through a request the publisher controls, with private storage, validation, and both the original and a Ready-to-Use file.

  • Private file storage

Uploads stay in private storage. They are not published as open files. The publisher previews and downloads them, and the advertiser reaches files only through that request link.

  • Publisher-controlled requests

You decide the slots, the specs, and who receives the link or the email.

  • Links scoped to one request

Each request has its own public upload link. Opening one link does not open another campaign.

  • Ready means it passed

A file becomes Ready after validation, including when a safe fix was applied. The original upload stays available.

  • Rate limiting

Sign-in and upload flows are rate limited to reduce abuse of public links.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Enterprise intake works with the product you can use today.

Enterprise is for organizations with larger volumes, longer retention needs, more users, or tailored workflows. Talk to us about custom domains, white-label, API, webhooks, integrations, and commercial requirements. Those are discussed for a specific workflow. They are not switched on from this page.

Larger publishers, media organizations, agencies, and in-house teams whose asset intake is higher volume or more specific than a standard plan.

They open the request link and upload without a DropAsset account. Paid plans can also email the request.

Yes. Each slot can use exact dimensions, an aspect ratio, or no dimensions, plus its own formats, file size, file count, landing URL, and instructions.

DropAsset validates the upload. A supported still image can become a Ready-to-Use file when a safe fix applies. If it cannot be fixed safely, the slot needs attention and the advertiser can replace the file. The original is kept.

Uploads stay in private storage. They are not published as open files. The publisher previews and downloads them, and the advertiser reaches files only through that request link.

Pro includes 15 active requests and Team includes 35. Talk to us when you need a custom limit, more storage, more users, or a longer retention period.
