Journey
From an empty request to a file you can use
01
Create
Name the campaign and add the slots. Each slot can carry exact dimensions, an aspect ratio, or no dimensions, plus formats, file size, a landing URL, and instructions.
Request
Homepage Banner
1200 × 600 · JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF
02
Collect
Share one public link. The advertiser uploads without an account. On a paid plan you can also email the request and send a manual reminder.
Public upload link
No advertiser account required.
03
Validate
Validation checks the file against the slot. The request shows what is Ready and what still needs attention.
04
Fix
Safe AutoFix can downscale, compress, or convert a supported still image when that does not crop, stretch, or upscale it.
05
Download
Preview and download from the request. The original upload stays. A Ready-to-Use file is added when processing applies.
Advertiser experience
A link is enough to upload
Partners open the request, see each slot, upload, leave a note when the slot asks for one, and replace a file without starting a new thread.
- 01Open the public link. No DropAsset account.
- 02Upload against the requirements already on the slot.
- 03Replace the file on that same request if something needs to change.
- Paid plans can email the request. Free does not.
- A reminder is sent when you choose. Nothing is scheduled.
- Free includes 3 active requests. Pro includes 15, and Team includes 35.

Share the request, then see what arrived
