For campaign managers

Keep Campaign Creative Intake Organized Before Launch

Turn every campaign placement into a clear asset request, share one link with the people supplying the creative, and see what is ready before launch without reconstructing progress from emails and folders.

One campaign request · Multiple asset slots · Validation on upload · No advertiser account

Many placements

One campaign can depend on a lot of small creative details

Several placements need different sizes. File requirements are not the same on every unit. Landing URLs arrive separately, one asset is still missing while the rest look finished, and a corrected version shows up in a different channel. Launch readiness is hard to read when the pieces are scattered.

  • Homepage, mobile, newsletter, and social sizes
  • A different file limit on each placement
  • Landing URLs sent in a separate note
  • One placement still missing
  • A corrected file in another channel

One request

Back to School Campaign

Four placements, each with its own requirement, in the same creative request.

Placement specs

Turn campaign requirements into clear asset slots

Each placement becomes a slot. You can require exact dimensions or an aspect ratio, accepted formats, a max file size, a landing URL, and publisher instructions. The person uploading sees that requirement with the slot.

Public request link

One link

Share one request instead of one specification thread per placement

Advertisers and partners open one public link and see every requested asset. They upload to the correct slot without a DropAsset account. If a file needs to change, they can replace or remove it and leave a note on the submission.

Before launch

Catch creative issues before launch readiness depends on them

DropAsset checks the upload against that slot: exact dimensions, aspect ratio, file format, file size, and a landing URL when you require one. When a change is compatible, it can downscale, compress, or convert the file and keep the Original beside a Ready version.

DropAsset does not crop, stretch or upscale a creative just to make it pass.

  • Exact dimensions

Compared when the slot asks for a pixel size

  • Aspect ratio

Compared when the slot asks for a ratio

  • File format

JPG, PNG, and WebP against that slot

  • File size

Flagged when the file is over the limit

  • Landing URL

Collected when that placement requires one

Readiness

See which placements are ready and which still need action

The request shows Ready, Needs attention, and Awaiting upload for each placement. That is asset readiness for the campaign, not a task list. There are no assignees, due dates, or comment threads.

Destinations

Keep each destination attached to the placement it belongs to

A landing URL can be required on the asset slot. Different placements can point to different destinations, and the file stays in the same intake as its URL. DropAsset does not check link health or redirects.

    Define campaign placements

Add a slot for each placement and set its size or ratio, formats, file-size limit, landing URL, and instructions.

  2. 02

    Share the public request

Send one link. Contributors open it and upload without a DropAsset account.

  3. 03

    Contributors upload and correct files

They submit to the right slot, replace or remove a file, and can leave a note with the submission.

  4. 04

Review Ready assets and remaining issues

See which placements are Ready, which need attention, and which are still awaiting upload.

Comparison

Campaign asset tracking in email vs structured intake

Email / shared folders

  • Placement requirements live in different documents
  • Assets arrive in multiple channels
  • Missing files have to be identified manually
  • URLs can become detached from the creative
  • Creative QA happens late
  • Corrected files create more coordination

DropAsset

  • One campaign request contains multiple asset slots
  • Each placement carries its own requirements
  • Public upload works without an advertiser account
  • Validation happens on upload
  • Landing URLs can stay with their asset
  • Ready and Needs attention are visible in one workflow
