Publisher-direct media buys
Collect the publisher's required sizes without rebuilding the spec list in email.
For marketing agencies
Give clients one place to see what each placement needs, upload campaign assets and correct files before launch. DropAsset keeps client file intake structured without turning your inbox into the campaign tracker.

The intake problem
One client sends a shared folder. Another emails attachments. Specs live in a media plan, landing URLs arrive separately, and a corrected creative is hard to match to the placement. Trafficking waits on the file that never landed in the right place.

Campaign setup
Create a slot for each placement in the campaign. A feed image, a display unit, a homepage banner, and a newsletter rectangle can each carry their own dimensions or aspect ratio, accepted formats, file-size limit, landing URL requirement, and publisher instructions.

Client upload
The client opens a public link and sees each slot with its requirements. They upload directly, enter a landing URL when you require one, and can add a note. They can also replace or remove a submission without creating a DropAsset account.
Before launch
Each upload is checked against the slot: dimensions or aspect ratio, format, file size, and a landing URL when you require one. When a change is compatible, DropAsset can downscale, compress, or convert the file and keep the Original beside a Ready version.
DropAsset does not crop, stretch or upscale a file just to force it through.

Across clients
Each campaign stays a creative request. You can see which assets are Ready, which still need attention, and which are awaiting upload. This is request progress, not a client directory or a CRM.

Workflow
01
Add a slot for each placement and set the size or ratio, formats, file-size limit, landing URL, and instructions the client should see.
02
Send one public link. The client opens it and uploads without a DropAsset account.
03
They submit against each slot, replace or remove a file, and can leave a note with the submission.
04
See what is Ready, what is still awaiting upload, and what needs attention before the campaign goes live.
