Safe AutoFix downsizes, compresses, or converts supported still images when that does not change the intended composition. It does not crop, stretch, or upscale. The original stays available, and a Ready-to-Use file is prepared when a safe fix applies. GIF is included on Pro, Team, and Enterprise and kept as an animation.

An active request is one that has not yet been completed. In DropAsset that is a request still in progress. Completed requests do not count toward the limit. Free includes 3 active requests, Pro includes 15, and Team includes 35. Enterprise limits are custom.
Free retains files for 7 days. Pro retains them for 30 days. Team retains them for 12 months. Enterprise retention is tailored. Talk to us if you need a different period.

No. Advertisers open the public request link and upload without creating an account.
Free accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, and PDF. Pro, Team, and Enterprise also accept GIF, with the animation preserved.
Yes. PDF is included on Free, along with JPG, PNG, and WebP.
For supported still images, DropAsset can downscale, compress, or convert the file when that does not change the intended composition. It does not crop, stretch, or upscale. GIF is kept as an animation.
DropAsset validates the file. When a still image can be fixed safely, it prepares a Ready-to-Use file and keeps the original. If it cannot be fixed safely, the slot needs attention and the advertiser can replace the file.
On Free, you share the public upload link. Pro, Team, and Enterprise can also send the request by email.
Pro, Team, and Enterprise can send a manual reminder. DropAsset does not run an automated reminder sequence.
