Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms describe use of DropAsset. They leave out legal details that are not settled, including governing law and a registered company identity.
Acceptance
By creating a DropAsset account, creating a request, or uploading to a request link, you use the service on these terms. If you do not agree, do not use DropAsset.
These terms are a practical set of rules for the product. They are not a full legal opinion for every country.
The service
DropAsset lets a publisher create a request with file requirements, share a link, and receive uploads. Validation and Safe AutoFix can prepare a supported still image when that does not crop, stretch, or upscale it. Original uploads are kept.
Advertisers can upload through the request link without a DropAsset account.
Accounts
Publisher access uses a magic link sent to the account email. You are responsible for that inbox and for activity under the account.
Do not share a sign-in link, and do not use the account to collect files you are not allowed to request.
Requests, uploads, and rights
You are responsible for the files you upload and for the files you ask others to upload. You need the rights required to submit those files and to let DropAsset store them, validate them, and prepare a Ready-to-Use file when a safe fix applies.
DropAsset does not claim ownership of your creatives. Storing and processing a file is only so the product can do what the request asks.
Advertiser uploads
A public request link is scoped to that request. Anyone with the link can use it as the product allows, including upload and replace where the request supports it.
The publisher decides the slots, the requirements, and who receives the link or a request email.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or files you have no right to share. Do not attempt to break rate limits, probe other requests, or access files that are not yours.
Do not use DropAsset to send unsolicited email beyond the request and manual reminder tools the product provides.
Availability
The service can change, pause, or fail. There is no uptime guarantee and no service-level agreement on this page.
Features described on the marketing site match the product as offered. A page that describes a limit, such as the Free active-request cap, is part of how the product works.
Plans
Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise are described on the pricing page. This version of the terms does not describe a live online checkout, automatic renewal, or a refund schedule.
If you use a paid plan, the commercial terms are the ones confirmed with you, including by email at sales@dropasset.co. Do not treat this page as an invoice or a subscription contract.
DropAsset intellectual property
The DropAsset name, interface, and software stay with their owner. These terms do not sell you the product's code or branding. They let you use the service.
Suspension
Access can be suspended or ended if use breaks these terms, harms the service, or creates a security risk. Public upload links can be rate limited.
Limits of this document
DropAsset is provided as the product operates today. To the extent the law allows, DropAsset is not liable for indirect loss, lost campaigns, or files a user did not have the right to upload.
This section does not name a court, a country of law, or a damages cap in a specific currency. Those points are not set here.
Changes
These terms can be updated. The date at the top is the latest revision. If you keep using DropAsset after an update, the revised terms apply from then on.
