The intake

Every sponsor sends assets a little differently

  1. 01

A logo attached to an email

  2. 02

    A shared folder of exports

  3. 03

Banner sizes living in a sponsorship deck

  4. 04

A landing URL in a later message

  5. 05

A banner in the wrong dimensions

  6. 06

A partner who has not uploaded yet

One request

The logo, the banner, and the landing URL stay in the same sponsor request.

Deliverables

Turn sponsor deliverables into clear asset slots

Each requested file becomes a slot. You can require exact dimensions or an aspect ratio, JPG, PNG, or WebP, a max file size, a landing URL, and publisher instructions. The sponsor sees that requirement beside the upload.

  • Main Sponsor Logo

    JPG / PNG / WebP · Max 4 MB

  • Website Banner

    1200 × 400 · Landing URL required

  • Newsletter Sponsor Block

    600 × 200 · JPG / PNG / WebP

  • Event Screen Creative

    16:9 ratio · JPG / PNG / WebP

Sponsor upload

One link for every asset the sponsor needs to send

The public link lists the requested assets separately, with requirements visible on each slot. Sponsors upload to the correct slot without an account. They can replace or remove a submission and leave a note.

Before production

Catch sponsor asset issues before event production does

DropAsset checks dimensions, aspect ratio, format, file size, and a landing URL when that slot requires one. When a change is compatible, it can downscale, compress, or convert the file and keep the Original beside a Ready version.

DropAsset does not crop, stretch or upscale an image just to force it through.

  • Dimensions

Exact size when the slot requires pixels

  • Aspect ratio

Ratio when the slot is ratio-based

  • Format

JPG, PNG, and WebP against that asset

  • File size

Flagged when the file is over the limit

  • Landing URL

Collected when that asset requires one

Readiness

See which sponsor assets are ready and which still need action

Each card is one requested asset and its status. This is creative readiness only. It is not a sponsor record, a contract, or a tier.

More than a logo

Collect more than just the logo

One sponsor can submit several requested assets through the same structured request. The website creative, the newsletter placement, the screen file, and the landing URL do not have to arrive as separate threads.

  • Event website creative
  • Newsletter sponsor placement
  • Digital screen asset
  • Social promotion graphic
  • Landing URL
  • Multiple campaign placements

  • Validation happens on upload
  • Landing URLs can be collected with the asset
